We recommend a thorough skin consultation using our advanced equipment. Based on your diagnosis, we will tailor a home care plan for you. Online consultation is also available.
2. "How can I pay?"
Services and products purchased in-store are payable in cash only. (ATM is available in front of the spa.)
3. "How do I know which products suit my skin?"
First, identify your skin type (oily, dry, or combination). Choose products that meet your needs. For best results, consult our specialists or patch test before use.
4. "What are the benefits of a full-body massage?"
It helps relieve pain in the back, neck, arms, and legs, stimulates circulation, and reduces stress. We also use hot stones and machines for deeper muscle relaxation.
5. "Which eyelash extension suits my eyes?"
Each eye shape is unique. For deep-set eyes: cat-eye shape with a soft curl; for small/long eyes: Open Eye or Katun style; for big/protruding eyes: traditional shape to balance the look.
6. "Is laser hair removal permanent?"
Laser weakens and reduces hair growth by damaging follicles, but it is not 100% permanent and may require maintenance.
7. "Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?"
Yes, but pain levels vary. We apply numbing cream, and most clients report only mild discomfort.
