Shipping and Payment Terms

  1. General Provisions
    These shipping and payment terms regulate the method of delivery and payment conditions for purchases made in our online store. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

  2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Goods are delivered via:

  • Courier services (DPD, GLS, PPL, Czech Post)

  • Personal pickup at the company’s registered address

The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and the chosen shipping method. The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be extended. The buyer will be informed accordingly.

  1. Shipping Costs
    The shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method. The exact price is displayed at checkout.

  2. Payment Terms
    The buyer can pay for the order using the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer – Payment in advance to the bank account. The order is dispatched after payment is received.

  • Online Card Payment – Fast and secure payment via the payment gateway.

  • Cash on Delivery – Payment upon receipt of goods from the carrier (may be subject to an additional fee as per the current price list).

  • Cash on Pickup – Available only when collecting the goods in person at the store.

  1. Receipt of Goods
    The buyer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and immediately report any damage to the carrier.

If the buyer notices any discrepancies in the delivery, they must contact us without delay.

  1. Final Provisions
    The seller reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

These terms become effective on the date of their publication on the online store’s website.
