General Provisions
This complaint policy applies to goods purchased through our online store. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these complaint conditions. -
Warranty and Liability for Defects
The seller is responsible to the buyer for ensuring that the goods are free from defects at the time of receipt. If a defect appears during the warranty period, the buyer has the right to file a complaint.
The warranty period for cosmetic products is 24 months unless stated otherwise for a specific product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by regular use.
- Complaint Procedure
- The buyer must file a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect.
- Complaints can be submitted via email at lurcinncosmetics@gmail.com or in writing to the company’s registered address.
- The buyer must provide the order number, a description of the defect, and include photographic documentation of the faulty product.
- The complained product must be delivered to the seller’s address along with a copy of the purchase receipt.

Complaint Resolution
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint is found to be valid, the buyer has the right to a product repair, replacement with a new item, or a refund. -
Return of Goods and Refunds
The buyer has the right to return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The buyer must inform the seller of the return via email at lurcinncosmetics@gmail.com and send the goods to the seller’s address. After receiving and inspecting the goods, the purchase price will be refunded using the same method of payment, no later than 14 days. -
Service Cancellation
If the buyer ordered a service they no longer wish to use, they may request its cancellation no later than 24 hours before it is to be provided. The cancellation request must be sent via email to lurcinncosmetics@gmail.com. If the cancellation is submitted in time, the payment will be fully refunded within 14 days. -
Exceptions to Liability for Defects
Complaints will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect use of the product contrary to its intended purpose or instructions.
- Mechanical damage caused by the buyer.
- Use of the product after its expiration date.

The buyer acknowledges that in connection with the complaint process, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of resolving the complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations. -
Final Provisions
This complaint policy becomes valid on the date of its publication on the e-shop website. The seller reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice.
